What the client was up against

Nexus Manufacturing ran their operations across five disconnected legacy systems — a decade-old accounting platform, separate inventory and procurement tools, a manual HR spreadsheet, and a fragile production scheduling Access database. Data had to be re-entered across all five systems, taking up to three hours per department daily and generating frequent costly errors in production orders.

How we solved it

We conducted a six-week business process analysis across all departments before writing a line of code. This produced a unified data model and a phased module delivery plan. We built a bespoke ERP using .NET for the backend and React for the frontend, covering Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, and Production Scheduling in a single role-based interface — with automated migration of eight years of historical data.
