PataʼPata managed a fleet of 150 vehicles with no central visibility layer. Dispatchers tracked jobs via phone calls, customers had no way to check delivery status, and proof-of-delivery was paper-based — leading to lost documentation, customer complaints, and an on-time delivery rate hovering around 72%.

How we solved it
We built a full-stack logistics portal — a Next.js customer-facing tracking site and an internal React dispatcher dashboard — backed by a Node.js API with real-time WebSocket updates. Drivers received a lightweight Progressive Web App for job acceptance, navigation handoff, and digital proof-of-delivery (photo + signature capture). Integration with the client's existing fleet GPS provider populated the real-time map.
