How we solved it

We built a Flutter-based mobile CRM tailored specifically to insurance brokerage workflows. Core features included a lead intake form with pre-populated product options, an automated follow-up reminder engine, quote generation with PDF export, and a real-time pipeline dashboard for managers. Integration with the existing WhatsApp Business API allowed agents to log conversations directly from the app.
